Fire Wagon Collectibles uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries, administer events and process vendor-space bookings. This can include a vendor or customer name, business name, email address, phone number, public social or website link, selected vendor spaces, order information and messages voluntarily submitted through the site.

Payments

Vendor checkout uses WooCommerce and Stripe. Payment-card information is entered through the payment provider and is not stored in full by Fire Wagon Collectibles. Stripe and WooCommerce may process information needed to complete, secure, refund or document a transaction.

Event services and external links

Attendee RSVP is handled separately through Partiful. The website may also link to Instagram, FUECOR, Google Maps and other external services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.

Customer service and record use

Fire Wagon administrators can access booking, inquiry and order records needed to run the event, provide customer service, handle refunds and maintain accurate table availability. We do not ask customers to submit card numbers or banking passwords through Fire Wagon contact forms.
