Vendor cancellation & refund policy

A vendor-space booking for Fire Wagon Collectibles Event #3 is eligible for a refund when the cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days before the event. Cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days of the event are non-refundable.

How to request a cancellation

Email firewagoncollectibles@gmail.com with the vendor/business name, booking email, event name and booked table number(s). Fire Wagon Collectibles will review the request and confirm the cancellation status by email.

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Fire Wagon Collectibles initiates the refund after the request is approved. The final time for the credit to appear depends on Stripe, the card network and the vendor's bank or financial institution.
