What happens at a Fire Wagon event?
Fire Wagon hosts scheduled trading-card and collector gatherings at Chuck Wagon Restaurant in the Kendall area of Miami. Meet vendors and collectors, buy, sell and trade cards, and enjoy food. Check the individual event for its date and details.
Do I need a ticket or an RSVP?
Admission and any RSVP instructions should be confirmed with the organizer; no attendee ticket is sold through vendor checkout.
Where is the event?
Chuck Wagon Restaurant, 11230 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186. Fire Wagon event hours are shown on the event page and are separate from the restaurant’s regular daytime hours. Contact the organizer with parking or accessibility questions before your visit.
Are the Event #3 giveaways still open?
No. The Event #3 giveaway entry period ended with the October 16, 2026 gathering. Historical terms remain on the website for reference.
Does selecting a space reserve it?
Selecting a space on the map does not reserve it. When checkout is open, a temporary hold protects the spaces during payment. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and booking finalization.
What am I buying online?
When booking is open, the purchase is a numbered vendor-space reservation for an in-person Fire Wagon event, not a shipped product or attendee admission ticket. Food and collectibles are purchased separately at the venue.
Are vendor bookings open?
Choose an available numbered vendor table to continue to secure checkout.
Can one vendor book more than one space?
Yes, when booking is open a vendor may reserve and pay for more than one available numbered space in the same checkout. Locked, booked and unavailable spaces cannot be selected for purchase.
How is my card information handled?
Card details are entered through the secure Stripe payment interface and are not stored in full by Fire Wagon Collectibles. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
What are the vendor price and cancellation terms?
For the upcoming event, the confirmed vendor price is $35.00 USD per table. Read the event’s published booking terms and cancellation/refund policy before paying. Any applicable existing tax treatment is shown at checkout.
Are any physical tables shared?
The upcoming event has 20 individual vendor tables, numbered 1–20. Each available table is booked separately. Table 14 is reserved for Fire Wagon. Older events used a different layout; their archived records remain unchanged.
What vendor information appears publicly?
For new bookings, provide a business name, logo and one public social profile. After successful payment and reservation finalization, that public identity appears on each booked table. Personal contact and payment details stay private. Instagram is optional when another supported social profile is provided.
Is FUECOR signup required?
No. FUECOR is an optional community connection, separate from event attendance and vendor requests.
