What happens at a Fire Wagon event?
Meet local vendors and collectors, buy, sell and trade cards, and enjoy food at Chuck Wagon Restaurant. Each event page carries its own schedule.
Do I need a ticket or an RSVP?
Event #3 on October 16 has free admission. RSVP is encouraged through Partiful, but walk-ins are welcome.
How do the Event #3 giveaways work?
Attend for 1 entry. RSVP in advance for 1 additional entry. Dress up for 1 additional entry. Up to 3 total entries; the event organizer checks and issues entries.
Does selecting a table reserve it?
Not by itself. Your selection is held briefly during checkout, and the space becomes confirmed after successful payment.
What am I buying online?
The online purchase is a numbered vendor-space reservation for an in-person Fire Wagon event. Fire Wagon does not ship a physical product as part of the vendor-space booking. Food is purchased from Chuck Wagon Restaurant at the venue, and collectibles are sold or traded in person by independent vendors.
How do vendors pay?
Vendor spaces are $35.00 USD each for Event #3 and are paid securely online through Stripe and WooCommerce. Successful payment confirms the selected numbered spaces.
How is my card information handled?
Card details are entered through the secure Stripe payment interface and are not stored in full by Fire Wagon Collectibles. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can one vendor book more than one table?
Yes. A vendor may select and pay for more than one available numbered vendor space in the same checkout.
What is the vendor cancellation and refund policy?
A vendor booking is eligible for a refund when the cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days before the event. Requests received within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Contact Fire Wagon Collectibles to request a cancellation.
Are any physical tables shared?
Yes. The restaurant has 14 physical table outlines but 18 numbered vendor spaces. The longer tables containing 4/5, 6/7, 10/11 and 16/17 are divided into two independently bookable $35 spaces.
Is FUECOR signup required?
No. FUECOR is an optional community connection, separate from event attendance and vendor requests.
