Vendor booking terms

Fire Wagon Collectibles sells reservations for numbered vendor spaces at its in-person collector events. For Fire Wagon Collectibles Event #3, each numbered vendor space costs $35.00 USD. One vendor may book more than one available numbered space.

A selected space may be held temporarily while checkout is in progress. A vendor-space reservation becomes confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid checkout holds expire automatically.

Event #3 fulfilment

Event #3 is Friday, October 16, 2026 from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time at Chuck Wagon Restaurant, 11230 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186. Vendor arrival is approximately 4:00 PM. Exact setup needs and any table/chair arrangements should be coordinated with Fire Wagon Collectibles.

Cancellation & refunds

Vendor bookings are eligible for a refund when the cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days before the event. Requests received within 14 calendar days of the event are non-refundable. Contact firewagoncollectibles@gmail.com to request cancellation. A space is released after the cancellation/refund is confirmed.

Online payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce. The payment methods currently accepted are shown at checkout.
